Arriving at TFC

Arriving on the 2nd floor, go straight to the right side of the reception desk.

Once you are at the reception desk, turn left to the corridor behind the wall, and you will see “Visitor Access”. At the Visitor Access kiosk, select “English” – Access to the 14th floor – Taipei Fertility Center – please tell the receptionist your purpose of visit, patient name and number of visitor(s). Once the receptionist of 14th floor confirms the appointment, a key card will be issued from the kiosk. You can then access the 14th floor with the key card.

Use the visitor card to pass through the gate

Use the gate for visitors with your key card at the gate, the monitor at the gate will show the elevator number which you will be taking. When you touch the monitor next to the elevator with the issued key card, it will also show the elevator you will be taking. The system will grant visitors access to the 14th floor with either elevator A or elevator B. Once you are inside the elevator, the panel on the side will show accessible floors. The elevator can take you directly to the 14th floor. Turn left when you exit the elevator, and you have arrived at TFC.
