Frozen-Thawed Embryo Transfer
IVF cycle usually requires 16-20days to complete. The frequency of visits to monitor the process is tailored to each client's condition, giving them the choice to complete the entire cycle by remaining in Taiwan or make multiple visits.

Matching
The matching process is personalized and anonymous. Once completed, clients are kindly requested to settle the fee within two weeks prior to their application to the Ministry of Health and Welfare in Taiwan.

Please note that the review process is strictly regulated and may take at least 1-2 months for approval.

Preparation for embryo transfer – 3-5 visits within 3 weeks will be required.

Matching

大陸地區人士來台灣需要辦理「兩證一簽」

兩證

兩證：大陸居民往來台灣通行證簡稱大通證（卡片）、中華民國臺灣地區入出境許可證簡稱入台證（A4紙張）

一簽

一簽：辦理大通證簽注類別時，請選擇醫療Ｑ簽注。 ※每次來台前，需於大陸地區先辦理簽注。

公證&海基會驗證

首先需要請您辦理結婚證公證，公證書一式兩份，其中一份由大陸涉臺公證處寄往海基會，另外一份請您親自寄送至TFC。 大陸地區人士需先完成結婚證公證與海基會婚姻關係驗證，並取得台灣移民署核發的入台證後，才可來台進行試管嬰兒的療程。
註:公證理由為“前往台灣就醫”

臺灣人工生殖法明文規定，接受人工生殖輔助技術受孕之夫妻須有合法的婚姻關係。 因涉及婚姻效力問題，根據《台灣地區與大陸地區人民關係條例》第七條：大陸地區文書，需經台灣行政院設立或指定機構或委託民間團體驗證。

因此大陸地區文書，需先在大陸地區涉台公證處辦理公證，再經海基會驗證後，才可辦理後續「入台證」申請。


關於海基會收到公證書所需的時間說明

因各地公證單位寄送公證書正本到達海基會的時間約1個月左右，確認公證書已到達海基會後TFC承辦人員將盡快幫您辦理，辦理時間約7到10個工作天，如遇國定假日將順延。

醫療簽(即入台證)：

若您需要委託TFC協助代辦醫療簽(即入台證)來台就醫，請來信國際醫療行政信箱，收到診所代辦完成的入台證後，您需至當地出入境管理局辦理「大陸居⺠往來台灣通行證」即「大通證」，並辦理簽註(Q簽)。

*相關說明文件及表單在TFC收到您的申請表單後會以郵件發送給您。

How to make an appointment

  1. Please download the TFC app, register, and book your appointment on the page.

  2. For first-time visitors:
    • Married couples are requested to bring their original passports, secondary ID cards, and marriage certificate.
    • Single individuals are requested to bring their original passport and secondary ID card.
    • Previous obstetrics and gynecology reports are welcome.
  3. For inquiries, please email admservice@tfcivf.com with your Full name, Last Menstrual Period, and the Treatment you are seeking. If you do not receive any responses within 2 days? Please call +886-2-2597-9193.
